Toolstation is once again the best online supplier of DIY products in the UK, according to the results of a recent survey undertaken by the consumer champion, Which?.
The survey, which asked over 10,000 members about their online shopping experiences, scored Toolstation as top in the Online DIY Products section.
Toolstation also came joint fifth overall in the survey’s total list of UK companies, up a place from last year’s survey and scoring heavily for its competitive prices, products and fast and reliable delivery. Customers credited Toolstation with a high customer score ahead of many top names such as Amazon, Argos and Marks and Spencer.
Toolstation was also awarded the prestigious Which? Recommended Provider endorsement for the Online DIY Products category. This is an endorsement awarded to companies that receive high ratings by Which? members and also meets the required standards set by Which? researchers.
