Three ambitious new graduate recruits have joined SPSenvirowall as the company expands its staff in readiness for a surge in business set to be created by the government’s Green Deal.
Joining SPSenvirowall, national supplier of external wall insulation, is Bethan Judge from Fulford, Staffordshire. She takes on the role of business administrator at the Keighley HQ in West Yorkshire and arrives with qualifications including an MSc from Cardiff University and a BA from Bangor University.
Cahil McAlary aged 24, from Stoke-on-Trent, will be working as a business administrator, also at Keighley. He has a BA from Keele University. And 22-year-old Skaiste Narbutaite, also from Stoke-on-Trent and with a BA from Keele University joins as a marketing assistant.
The Green Deal offers households loans to help pay for work on their properties to make them more energy efficient and cut heating costs. Improvements include external wall insulation provided by SPSenvirowall, so it is expanding its 40 strong workforce to be ready.
The investment is paid back through households' electricity bills which usually won't go up because the repayments are designed to be the same amount as the savings. Assessments are already starting ready for when work is allowed to begin under the scheme in January 2013.
Bethan said: “This is a really exciting time to be joining SPSenvirowall as it gets ready for the extra workload that is expected from the Green Deal programme. I’m looking forward to playing my part in giving our customers hassle-free results that make the investment well worth it.”
Cahil added: “I wanted to get a job with SPSenvirowall because it’s a company that is focused on making a big difference to customers that they can see in their bills, and going that extra mile to exceed their expectations. SPSenvirowall is already helping me to develop my skills by supporting me to go for an MBA.”
Skaiste commented: “I am looking forward to working on all aspects of marketing and customer services, while progressing my career with the support from SPSenvirowall’s training programme.“
