Specflue, a leading supplier of flue systems, wood burning stoves and renewable heat products, has announced that it will be launching a new range of pellet cookers to the domestic market this autumn.
Manufactured by J.Corradi through MCZ, one of the first companies in Europe to introduce pellet technology, the NEOS pellet cookers will be distributed solely by Specflue in the UK.
Phil Lowe, Head of Sales & Marketing at Specflue commented: “This is a smarter, more eco friendly addition to the family of range cookers in the UK market at the moment. You can cook on it all-year round and it heats the room it is installed in. There is also no need for an additional cooker in your kitchen for use in the summer, as when the pellet brazier is switched off, you can use the integrated electric oven.”
As you would expect, the pellet cooker comes with all the practical benefits of pellet stoves and boilers. The biomass fuel can be easily stored and it is energy efficient; something that other range cookers can’t quite manage. It is also controllable and can be set to turn on and off as required by the owner.
Phil continued: “Although, they won’t be available to purchase until the end of the year, customers can pre-order the cookers through us. Initially, there will be two models available; the Neos 90P with a ventilated pellet oven only, and the Neos 155 PGE, a combined model with a pellet and electric oven and the option of gas, electric, ceramic or induction hob.”
The pellet cookers are competitively priced and can be installed in new or existing homes, as long as there is the necessary space for the flue, which can either be fitted to the top or the back of the unit.
