SolarTech Ltd, one the UK’s leading suppliers of bespoke renewable energy solutions, is celebrating record growth, with the company having significantly increased its sales and extended its market share in the last year.
Despite the uncertain economic climate, the £8 million turnover company has opened four new offices in: Telford, Cardiff, Bristol and Cambridge in the last twelve months, and is continuing to grow its installer network across the UK.
Having consistently delivered year on year growth, the company is now entering its 10th year of trading, confident of achieving its sales target of £10 million within 2013.
Trading since 2003, SolarTech is now one of the longest standing and most experienced renewable energy specialists in the country, capable of supplying a wide range of green energy solutions from photovoltaic (PV) electricity, solar hot water, through to biomass, ground and air source heat pumps and wind power.
“Our broad based multi-technology approach has meant that we have not been reliant on any particular form of renewable energy, which has enabled us to supply solutions that are precisely tailored to the specific needs of our clients and individual projects. As a consequence, we have been able to ride out many of the dips and fluctuations in the market and to be much more proactive in identifying and responding to the growth opportunities of tomorrow,” said Shaun Taylor, Managing Director of SolarTech Ltd.

SolarTech currently works with a number of developers, housing associations, Local Councils, Education Authorities and commercial organisations, enabling them to significantly reduce their carbon footprint and to take advantage of income from renewable energy tariffs.
