Sempergreen, the world’s largest supplier of vegetation blankets for green roofs, pre-cultivated living wall panels and instant ground covers, has moved to a new, more spacious premises in Odijk, the Netherlands.
Sempergreen’s rapid growth over the past few years has seen the company outgrow its former offices. As such, Sempergreen opted to build a new head office, in the middle of the country, close to the nurseries.
Where possible, sustainable materials were chosen for the build and the premises was of course fitted with a green roof. It also boasts a fantastic living wall at the front; a real eye-catcher that changes colour with the seasons. Construction of the new building commenced in July 2012 and was completed in March 2013.
With the move to the new building, Sempergreen is ready for the future. Over the next few years, it expects a significant increase in the number of green roofs and green walls to be installed, both in Europe and from its nurseries in China and the US.
If you would like to admire the building yourself, the staff of Semprergreen would be delighted to welcome you to their new building.
