The combination of a coastal location, poorly cut sheet ends together with retained pollution and moisture in the external roof sheet lap joints of the David Lloyd Racquet and Fitness Centre in Cardiff had caused the now familiar problem of cut edge corrosion of the pvc coated steel roof cladding panels. Luckily the David Lloyd Group were no stranger to the Seamsil silicone repair system manufactured by Delvemade Limited. Having already used it to solve similar problems at some of there other fitness centres they were able to specify the product with confidence knowing that once applied to the corroding laps and sheet ends the problem would be solved once and for all.
