Iron technology leader Saint-Gobain PAM UK, part of leading materials company Saint-Gobain, has celebrated a successful Environment, Health and Safety Day across its sites, highlighting its welfare credentials.
The Environment, Health and Safety Day was part of the company’s ongoing investment into the well-being of its employees.
Taking place at the company’s sites in Holwell, Telford and Ilkeston, it involved employees participating in a range of activities promoting the importance of environmental issues along with health and safety in the workplace, including time spent with a nutritionist, a safety and environment quiz, a session on the development of a new visual hazard reporting system, filter mask training and individual cholesterol testing.
