Heat Mat underfloor heating has been installed at Warner Leisure Hotel, Bodelwyddan Castle in North Wales.
The Victorian hotel has a variety of rooms with en-suites as standard, some of which required modernising to reflect the superior feel of accommodation elsewhere in the property.
Cheshire developers McCombie Construction Ltd chose Heat Mat underfloor heating to provide luxurious warm floors in bedrooms. As part of an on-going upgrade programme three en-suite bathrooms have been updated and renovated to create a luxury boutique hotel feel. A further three en-suite bathrooms are now due for renovation at this historic castle.
The smart new bathrooms feature new white suites, modern fittings and neutral tiles with underfloor heating beneath installed by the team at McCombie Construction Ltd.
Heat Mat’s 160W heating mats were fitted on top of thermal insulation board under stone tiles.
An individual programmable NGT thermostat enabling comfortable temperatures to be set throughout the day controls each system. A local electrical wholesaler in Cheshire distributed all products.
