RigiSystems Alubond rainscreen panels have been chosen for the façade of the marketing suite for one of London’s most prestigious new developments – Greenwich Square.
This exciting development in the heart of Greenwich combines residential with a new public square including leisure facilities and a range of retail amenities.
Each block of the development is designed to be unique in order to offer different experiences while walking through the site. This is reinforced through the quality and diversification of materials and finishes, exemplified on the marketing suite with the rainscreen panels.
When complete, Greenwich Square will provide a range of apartments and maisonettes with balconies, as well as family-sized terraced houses with landscaped gardens in addition to restaurants and cafés, gymnasium, swimming pool, library and a medical practice.
The development will be unveiled over a five-year period in several phases.
