Sustainable energy experts Regen SW has described Green Deal as a huge business opportunity and announced a major event, the “Renewable Energy Marketplace”, to showcase what local construction and energy businesses can deliver under the scheme.
To showcase what local companies can offer Regen is running the Renewable Energy Marketplace on the 19 March at Westpoint, near Exeter. The event will feature:
· Over 80 local businesses exhibiting ways to cut energy bills and warm up your house
· Expert speakers providing independent advice on the Green Deal and
· Exhibitors and speakers on how businesses can take advantage of this opportunity
· Department of Energy and Climate Change setting out the incentives on offer for renewable energy
Regen SW is also working with the Energy Saving Trust and local authorities to provide free support to over 400 businesses under the EU funded “Ready for Retrofit” scheme.
