Property maintenance specialist Novus Property Solutions has signed a 12-month contract extension with Warwickshire County Council, worth about £3.5million.
Novus’ Warwick office has signed the year-long deal to carry out response and planned maintenance for the council buildings, schools, libraries and fire stations, from October 1. Novus has just successfully completed the first two years of a contract with the council and this could be extended again for another 12 months at the end of September 2014.
Mike Swindells, commercial manager at Novus, said: “This is fantastic news for our Warwick office. It’s reassuring to know that we have impressed the council so much with our work over the past two years that they have extended the contract.
“We look forward to maintaining our high standard of work over the next year and hopefully beyond.”
