Langley Waterproofing Systems Ltd, the national roofing and waterproofing expert, is moving its head office into new state-of-the-art eco-friendly premises in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
The relocation, which takes place on the 1st October 2012, is to accommodate Langley’s growing team and sees them move a short distance within the town into the award-winning iCon Environmental Innovation Centre.
The new offices are the perfect complement to Langley’s green credentials and commitment to conducting its business in the most sustainable ways possible.
Not only does the iCon Centre have a BREEAM excellent rating, but is also recognised as producing the lowest carbon emissions of any commercial building in the UK.
Featuring an inflatable ETFE roof which supports the natural temperature regulation of the building, the iCon Centre is an inspirational location for the design and specification of Langley’s wide range of high quality specialist roofing systems.
The office move comes at an exciting time for Langley, which has just celebrated its most successful trading year to date.
Tony Silvestri, Managing Director of Langley Waterproofing Systems, commented: “We are delighted to be expanding the business and we are especially pleased to be moving into a building with the environmental credentials of the iCon Centre, which very much reflect Langley’s focus on sustainability and the importance of quality building, design and workmanship.
“Here at Langley we are continuously exploring and developing the next generation of environmentally friendly roofing solutions and we look forward to working alongside like-minded green construction companies within the iCon Centre.”
George Adamson, Marketing and Events Manager at the iCon Centre, said: “We are very pleased to announce that Langley will be moving to the iCon in October and look forward to welcoming them to the site. The roofing experts will be well positioned alongside our other forward-thinking businesses ranging from construction and architecture companies, to energy, recycling and technology specialists.”
Named ‘The Home of Green and progressive businesses’ the iCon Centre boasts cutting-edge office and meeting facilities, with an onsite conference centre, exhibition space and cafe.
