Kilsaran International, an established manufacturer of paving and concrete products, has extended its existing range of environmentally friendly hard landscaping solutions with a new flag paving product, Pembroke.
New to the UK market, the Pembroke flag range gives architects a product that carries a wealth of environmental benefits.
Boasting an ‘A’ BREEAM rating in accordance with the Green Guide specification, the product contains a minimum of 25% non-primary aggregates, up to 10% of a pre consumer aggregate replacement and a carbon neutral high quality replacement for up to 50% of the standard Portland cement.
All products in Kilsaran’s eco paving range are manufactured at the company’s industry leading, best-in-class factory, based in Dunboyne, Ireland.
In addition to a host of impressive green credentials, Pembroke has pleasing aesthetics and multi purpose functionality.
It is ideal for all external hard landscaping applications for both commercial and domestic applications, including paths, footways and precincts. When applied in accordance with an appropriate sub-base, Pembroke can also withstand light vehicular over-run for car parking areas.
The paving is available in a five size mix across four colour options, (silver and black granite, slate and bracken) and three finishes; standard smooth, ground and textured, presenting specifiers with the widest choice to suit all schemes.
Pembroke will be among the product ranges on display on the Kilsaran stand (F3) at the Greenbuild Expo in May, celebrating its UK launch. Having recently extended their reach to the UK market, Kilsaran has established a presence in both the private and public sector with a variety of projects including social housing, renovation, self-build and retail. Kilsaran products are also available nationwide from a growing network of independent builders merchants.
