Leading global provider of security and safety solutions Ingersoll Rand has extended its exit hardware range with the introduction of the Briton 581 Push Pad, ideally designed for heavy door applications.
The new slim-line Briton 581 Push Pad , which complements the existing 376 Push Pad, is able to provide single point locking whilst being capable of expansion using Pullman latch kits to provide multi point locking.
The Push Pad’s technologically advanced and robust design offers superior performance, reliability and durability making it suitable for any door, especially areas of heavy traffic. The Push Pad is CE marked and fully certified to EN 179 – an emergency application for exit doors in a low occupancy environment – and EN1634 fire tested for two hour timber fire doors and four hour steel fire doors.
