Maintaining its position as a market leader, Impey’s dedicated product development team has applied its extensive knowledge to devise the easiest to install and most rigid floor former currently available on the wetroom market.
Every last detail has been considered, even down to the registered rib design on the back of the floor former to improve the rigidity of the product and decrease the deflection rate.
As with all of Impey’s wetroom products, EasyFit has been designed as a simple to use, reliable wetroom solution with a built-in 15mm gradient. Rather than manually forming a wetroom floor, EasyFit has a precise edge thickness of 22mm to slot alongside existing floorboards.
Fitted with a unique, patent protected drainage feature, EasyFit has a 360-degree rotating centre section, allowing joists and pipes to be easily avoided, should they obstruct the drain aperture saving on installation time and making the process far simpler to undertake.
Manufactured using high glass content SMC, Impey EasyFit is incredibly strong and is able to withstand over 300kg (47 stone) without the need for under boarding, reducing both installation time and cost. Despite the immense strength of EasyFit, the product still remains lightweight for ease of installation. Compared to Impey’s Aqua-Dec Advance, EasyFit is 21.5% lighter.
Offering optimal flexibility, EasyFit is not only available in 11 different sizes from 800x800mm up to 1500x1200mm, but it can also be easily trimmed with a handsaw to suit any special situation and any wetroom configuration.
