To ensure its 20-property social housing scheme was in line with the Decent Homes Standard, Yorkshire Housing has recently embarked on a refurbishment project to make the homes fit for purpose.
When it came to the specification of the flooring for the kitchen and bathroom areas, the housing provider chose Forbo Flooring System’s cushioned vinyl products, due to the comprehensive portfolio of styles and designs - that also ticked the boxes in terms of performance and durability.
Kitchen and bathroom areas can often be complicated areas to specify flooring for, taking into consideration requirements for safety underfoot, easy cleaning, maintenance and durability, not to mention aesthetics.
