Larkfield Housing Association has appointed new contractors to provide repairs and maintenance services in 396 of its properties.
Quality Gas Ltd has been appointed to provide gas servicing and gas maintenance services whilst Carillion Energy Services will be providing reactive maintenance services to tenants.
Both contracts commence on May 1 2012 and will run for a period of two years.
Lynne Griffin, Larkfield Housing Association Area Manager, said: “We look forward to building successful working relationships over the next two years with both Quality Gas Ltd and Carillion Energy Services. We are confident that our tenants will continue to receive the high level of service that they have come to expect.”
