Kingspan Environmental's world-leading Thermomax solar thermal vacuum tube collectors are specifically tailored for Northern European climates, deliver an unrivalled transfer of solar energy into heat and provide up to 70 per cent of hot water requirements throughout the year.
The vacuum within the Thermomax tubes provides a high level of insulation, which protects the system from outside influences, such as cold, wet or windy weather ensuring consistent, high levels of performance are achieved. They also allow energy from the sun to be collected efficiently and effectively, so that solar-heated water can be delivered swiftly. This rapid conductivity and transfer of energy into heat means the vacuum tube collectors are up to 30 per cent more effective than traditional flat panel equivalents.
Suitable for both domestic and commercial use, Thermomax tubes are fast and simple to install due to their unique ‘plug and play’ design and are perfect for flexible building integration, allowing for installations on sloping roofs, flat roofs or façades.
The MCS accredited Thermomax vacuum tube collectors form part of a complete solar package from Kingspan Environmental, which is custom-designed to suit each specific application and includes all the required components for the complete installation. The packages can also be enhanced with the inclusion of Range Tribune HE Solar cylinders, which have been designed specifically for solar applications. Featuring a purpose-designed solar coil, which allows maximum heat transfer of solar energy to the stored water, the unvented stainless steel cylinders complement the solar collectors perfectly. They also offer the benefit of mains pressure hot water, resulting in powerful showers and fast-filling baths.
Tailored packages from Kingspan Environmental are designed to provide the specifier, installer and end user with the ultimate Environmental solution. They also include the highest level of customer support from initial advice, through to bespoke design, installation, final commissioning and technical support.
