A sprinkler system that has proven its efficiency in the protection of lives and buildings is BlazeMaster. CPVC is a high-temperature resistant specialty material known chemically as post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and developed originally in the 1950’s.
BlazeMaster CPVC pipes and fittings have since their introduction in 1984 gained worldwide recognition, with over 300 million metres installed in residential and domestic dwellings and in a wide variety of high rise applications.
CPVC (post chlorinated PVC) products have a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 60, are resistant to scale and corrosion and are immune to MIC.
Lightweight, easy to install, and more cost effective than metallic systems, BlazeMaster CPVC fire sprinkler systems are quickly becoming the product of choice for safety-conscious homeowners, landlords, building owners, facility managers, specifiers and installers.
The pipes and fittings are easily joined by solvent cementing. This technique is very easy and fast and eliminates the need for pre-fabrication as is the case for steel systems. The speed of installation saves the building owner valuable time and money and provides the installing company with the chance to accept more projects.
