Giving a smart, professional finish to any flat roof edge, the Em-Trim FasciaFree works perfectly in cases where a deeper trim may be required, as it eliminates the need to fit a fascia board.
Fascia boards typically have to be fixed through the face, which requires costly scaffolding for access; the Em-Trim FasciaFree has been developed to help building professionals save time and money.
In addition, as regulatory requirements for roof insulation thickness have increased in recent years and with this trend looking set to continue, the 200mm Em-Trim FasciaFree supports Part L compliance.
Other benefits of the trim include its highly durable composition. Made from tough enhanced polyester, the Em-Trim FasciaFree requires little maintenance. It will not corrode, rust or dent.
As with most other Whitesales products, the Em-Trim FasciaFree is available from stock for next day delivery. Pre-formed corners are available, removing the need for on-site mitre cutting.
