Recently renovation, cellar and basement conversions in particular, has become a viable and economic alternative to either moving house or home extensions. However, the ingress of water into these areas poses a huge problem.
Febtank Super solves this problem due to its superior quality and effectiveness. The product itself can be used both internally and externally and is solvent free and water vapour permeable. It comes in a powder form which is mixed with water and applied to pre-dampened cementitious substrates including block work and concrete by a stiff brush or broom or alternatively it can be trowel or spray applied if preferred.
Febtank Super resists positive and negative water pressure, sets in approximately 6 hours and can be completely over coated. It is also available in two colours – white and grey - to ensure a total two coat coverage. One colour per coat gives a visual indication of when the total area is covered which is necessary for the space to become completely waterproof and for the best finish possible to be achieved.
