Power management company Eaton has launched a new and greatly enhanced website that makes it easier than ever to find key information about the company’s exceptionally wide range of products and services, as well as about the company itself.
With contractors having limited amount of time to search for up to date information due to their extremely busy schedules, the new Eaton website has been specifically designed to make it as user friendly as possible.
The new website - which can be found at www.eaton.uk.com/electrical - has home-page features that include hot buttons to provide instant access to topics and product ranges that are of particular current interest, a live Twitter feed and a news ticker that show the latest Eaton news updates in real time. Additionally, the homepage also features hot links to the most frequently used areas of the site, including the literature library, after-sales support services, find a local distributor and the mobile applications download page.
Eaton’s new site provides fast and easy access to product information, which is organised both by industry sector and by application area. Other sections of the site offers users access to up-to-the-minute case studies, to invaluable information about the principal markets in which Eaton operates, and to a useful overview of the company’s structure and policies. A contact information page is also provided, which gives telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for customer support, technical support and other services.

To complement its new website, Eaton has posted a web-based video that gives full details of its exciting new Experience Centre in Manchester.

The centre also has a smart home area, which allows visitors to experience the benefits of innovative home control and monitoring technologies in the xComfort range. A large theatre is provided for presentations, complemented by an Experience Area where visitors can explore the full range of Eaton technologies in various ways, including the use of interactive touch-screen display systems.
