Safesite Limited is now able to offer customers a discreet form of edge protection with the introduction of KeeGuard® Foldshield to its portfolio of products.
KeeGuard® Foldshield offers the same design flexibility of the standard freestanding KeeGuard® system but has the added benefit of being collapsible which addresses the problem of providing a safe working environment without detracting from the building’s aesthetics.
The system features a hinged version of the KeeGuard® base fitting with a locking pin. This allows the guardrail to be lifted into place when work is being carried out on the roof, and then quickly and easily folded back down when the work has been completed.
Designed for use on slopes up to 10°, KeeGuard® Foldshield can be installed on asphalt, concrete, mineral felt of PVC sheet covered and has been externally tested to EN 13374.
The addition of KeeGuard® Foldshield to its range of edge protection systems, provides Safesite with greater flexibility when offering customers a choice of solutions to their fall protection requirements.
