Never has flooding been in the news as much as it is now and never have they been as popular as they are now.
Caro WaterWall and WaterDoor Flood Barriers have been developed as a quick and effective method of "building" a water tight barrier that can be easily erected in the event of flooding and then removed and stored away once the danger has passed.
Suitable for installation to both Residential and Commercial properties, WaterWall makes use of two, permanently-fixed, vertical channels fitted either side of the opening to be protected along with, pre-installed, unobtrusive ground fixtures to allow the Patented "Twist and Lock" post system (Patent No. 2371068) to be put in place.
Aluminium panels are then dropped into position so that, when deployed, a barrier up to 1200mm high for any required span in excess of 1500mm wide is ready to protect the property.
Caro WaterDoor, using the same principles, will protect smaller door and window situations from the threat of flash flooding.
Ideally suited for continually accessed areas that must have protection at a moments notice.
WaterWall and WaterDoor have already used through out the UK at sites that include Dover Port Authority, various Utility Company sites, Oxford City Homes, Gloucester City and County Council, RSC Globe Theatre (Stratford Upon Avon) to name just a few and many smaller residential clients.
