There is over 20 years of door industry experience in Britdoors Group, which means the business knows a thing or two about making the perfect entrance door and has announced the launch of its new Isla range of value-engineered, solid timber-core composite doors.
The stunning new Isla door range has been developed in response to market demand for a more cost-effective way to achieve the high standards of style, quality, security and energy efficiency associated with composite doors.
With a solid timber-core, the Isla range bridges the price gap between PVC, steel-faced doors and high end composites. Constructed with a 48mm engineered solid core and thermoplastic facings, the new Isla doors have been designed and produced to meet the exacting needs of the construction industry and provide great U-values, strength and durability.
There are more than 70 different styles to choose from in nine stunning colours, various glazing options and a stylish range of coordinated furniture provided as standard, at no extra cost - making the Isla range ideal for both traditional and contemporary design and build projects.
Britdoors Group understands that time is money, which is why the Isla range comes with a 7-10 day lead-time with the added benefit of a unique 48-hour fast track service should it be needed. All its doors are delivered fully assembled and ready to install on site. Everything and more you would expect from one of the UK’s market-leading composite door manufacturers.
Built with great attention to detail, the Isla range meets industry standards including the Code for Sustainable Homes and the CE mark, which is now a legal requirement.
John Cowley, Managing Director of Britdoors Group, said: “First impressions are important and a beautifully crafted and hard-wearing door will make a great first and lasting impression in any home. Our new Isla range offers a cost-effective way to achieve the stylish, ‘top-end’, high quality look and feel that so many homeowners now aspire to. Due to our through colour facings, Isla doors are tough and durable, standing up to the inevitable everyday wear and tear, keeping their good looks for longer and ensuring a perfect entrance for homeowners every time.”
Britdoors Group is one of only a handful of door manufacturers whose products are entirely designed and built from start to finish in the UK. Proud to be British, Britdoors Group does not rely on imported, standardised door ‘slabs’ which need trimming to size, creating waste and harmful emissions. And because Britdoors Group’s doors are manufactured entirely in the UK, the only miles clocked up is the distance from factory to doorstep, reducing costs and providing environmental benefits.
Britdoors Group's door ranges conform to the recognised global standard for quality ISO 9001:2008, are PAS 23 and PAS 24 approved, Kitemark certificated, licensed to Secured by Design and exceed all current building regulations covering thermal efficiency and energy performance.
In addition, Britdoors Group’s doors are made from carefully selected materials based on their durability and hardwearing nature and come with a comprehensive company-backed guarantee.
