A furniture manufacturer believes the answer to creating a more productive working environment lies with its new range of breakout furniture, showcased at a world-leading furniture technology centre.
“Breakout furniture encourages greater productivity through the creation of a better working environment,” says Jessica Marshall, Marketing Manager at Triumph Furniture, commenting on the inspiration behind their new Oasis breakout range.
The Oasis Chair, part of the new range designed and manufactured by Triumph, is one of four products currently on display at the headquarters of the Furniture Industry Research Association.
FIRA receives a variety of visitors from across the furniture industry supply chain on a regular basis and members of the Association have the opportunity to display new and innovative products in it Showcase area.
Jessica continued: “Breakout furniture provides better use of space, additional collaborative areas and additional areas where you can have a quiet private space. Both areas increase productivity, creativity and workforce happiness - designing inspiration into the workplace is an art.
“We are proud to introduce the Oasis Chair, as part of our breakout range, it is classic with minimalist lines. Its elegant design fits a wide range of office and community spaces and is available with a flat, star or sled polished base.”
Triumph’s environment plan ensures that emphasis is placed on sustainable manufacturing. Raw materials are sourced locally and combined with a specially designed distribution system, reducing the product’s carbon footprint as much as possible.
When the chair reaches the end of its life, component parts can be separated into material groups and be sent to specialist companies for recycling.
Established 64 years ago, the Furniture Industry Research Association was set by the industry for the industry. It provides invaluable technical support to the entire furniture supply chain and funds projects for the benefit of the industry.
