CHUB, Nottinghamshire County Council’s new multi-purpose community building in Worksop has been described by Councillor Allan Rhodes as “one of the most exciting projects in town for many years”. The aim was to create a flexible venue for a new library and a range of services and community activities.
With three different roof designs, Axter’s materials were specified because of their diverse yet integrated product range; robust fully bonded two-layer roofing systems and their modular green roof system (HYDROPACK) which met the required water attenuation criteria, all backed by Axter’s excellent design service and long term product guarantees.
