Alutec showcases new products at National Homebuilding and Renovating Show

Offering housebuilders an even wider choice of attractive and sustainable soffit and fascia systems, Alutec will be highlighting the latest additions to its innovative Evoke soffit and fascia range, as well as its extensive range of rainwater solutions, at this year’s National Homebuilding and Renovating Show at the Birmingham NEC.

Visitors will be able to view the extended Evoke soffit and fascia range, which now includes a round edge fascia and a planked effect soffit system, on stand C145 from 21st – 24th March.

In addition, visitors will also be able to make use of Alutec’s broad wealth of technical experience, with the team more than happy to answer any questions visitors might have.  Self-builders in particular are encouraged to bring along their project drawings so that they can discuss any queries or complicated requirements.

Bob Randall, Managing Director of Alutec, commented: “The new fascia gives specifiers the option of a softer, rounded edge profile, perfect for those seeking an alternative to the traditional angular design, while the planked effect soffit system is ideal for those requiring a more traditional look.  The soffit and fascia range is available in nine standard colours, with further colours available to order, which can all be colour matched to any Alutec rainwater system.”

Manufactured to meet the highest standards of durability and reliability, Alutec’s soffit and fascia range has been designed as a lightweight alternative to PVC or sheet aluminium solutions. Comprising a recycled polyethylene core, with an aluminium outer skin, the system is extremely durable, with a life expectancy of 50 years or more.

These excellent performance benefits are further bolstered by the fact that at the end of its exceptionally long life span, the entire system is fully recyclable.  The core is made from recycled polyethylene, while the aluminium skin is also 100% recyclable.

For anyone with an upcoming project, the event is the ideal opportunity to get to grips with the new soffit and fascia system, as well as Alutec’s extensive rainwater product portfolio.  Manufactured from marine grade aluminium, Alutec’s rainwater systems offer particularly impressive whole life costings, as the material is so impervious to corrosion that very little maintenance is required.  Aluminium is also extremely flexible, being 65 per cent lighter than cast iron or steel, and has a life expectancy of 50 years or more.  In addition to all this, aluminium is infinitely recyclable – making it a highly sustainable choice.

All Alutec rainwater systems are available in a choice of 21 standard colours, with hundreds more available to order. Alutec only use the highest quality architectural grade polyester powder coat paint finishes, which are designed for exterior use and maintain their colour and gloss for longer. For projects where a period style is required, Alutec offer Heritage Black, a finish designed to emulate the look and feel of cast iron.
