Having recognised the need to offer assured performance long before it became obligatory, Timloc’s loft access doors have been BRE tested and certified since 2006 and in addition to Part L, they are designed and engineered to exceed all other relevant regulations and standards including BS5250, DEFRA Robust Detail and NHBC.

Higher insulation versions offer U-Values of 0.35W/m2K and 0.25W/m2K and drop in doors or metal fire rated options are also available.
