DAD Limited are in the process of installing nine bespoke communal steel door sets in a development in West London.
The development consists of nine apartment blocks with dated 1970’s build timber front doors. The residents were unhappy with the dilapidation of the doors and mailboxes and wanted to update the buildings with a modern, secure solution.
DAD were invited to tender their solution along with several other door providers and are happy to announce that their security and quality shone through and they were successful in the procurement decision.
They are now halfway through the installation process with 5 doors in place and a further 4 in production.
All of the bespoke communal doors are made to measure and built with toughened glass and integrated mailboxes. The development has also been installed with a masterkey system meaning that the residents’ directors now only need one key to access all nine buildings, as opposed to the previous solution that had them carrying 9 keys!
An Ealing Council representative has also visited the site and commented that they “were genuinely amazed that we (the residents) had installed such an obviously high class product. He said that they greatly enhanced the buildings and was looking forward to seeing all nine in place, he was very happy with our new doors and think they look great”.
