This brand-new build makes the most of its perfect position - providing
stunning views of the ocean via oversize doors and windows. Benefitting
from an abundance of natural light reflected from the water and miles of
pale sand, our customer's architect advised a solar solution to help
them manage the inevitable solar gain from contemporary glazing schemes.
Hi-performance screen fabric was specified for multiple screens
positioned strategically around the property. Our sales specialists
recommended black 20/30 mesh - a specific solar fabric that blocks up to
65% of UV rays. An external fitting provided the greatest solar
performance value and meant that this slightly finer mesh could be used
to preserve gorgeous views of the landscape.
From the outside, the power screens provide an element of privacy, which
although not specified, adds to the feeling of comfort that comes from
knowing you're not over-looked. Cassettes and drop bars were made to
colour-match door frames - precisely - ensuring a discreet external
aesthetic.
In total, the property now benefits from seven remote-controlled bespoke Executive Power Screens: 3 x 2.7m screens and 4 x 2.4m screens.
