Crown Paints has launched its Colour Insights 2025/2026, a collection of five palettes designed to capture the essence of contemporary design.
These palettes – Co, Choreography, Disrupt, G-local, and Faraway – offer architects and designers inspiration and a versatile framework for designing impactful spaces that blend creativity with functionality:
- Co – A light and breezy palette that fosters productivity and relaxation.
- Choreography – An organic cocooning palette that evolves to the individual.
- Disrupt – A bold mix of shades that provoke interaction and emotion.
- G-local – A neutral base with subtle green and orange accents, merging tradition with modernity.
- Faraway – An iridescent and dynamic palette that enables individual expression.
Developed by a team of colour experts, the collection draws on global macro trends, including geopolitics, technology and lifestyle shifts. Each palette serves as a guide for crafting spaces that align with the evolving demands of modern projects and provide a balance between aesthetics and practicality.
All of the shades have been drawn from Crown’s Colour Edit, a compilation of 160 shades that reflect Crown’s investment in its colour services and commitment to helping architects and designers make more informed decisions with better outcomes.
Jemma Saunders, Colour Specialist at Crown Paints said: “We designed these colour palettes to be a toolkit for the design community. Each palette is versatile, forward-thinking and reflective of a world that’s constantly evolving – capturing the essence of today’s trends and turning them into something tangible for design professionals.
“To inform this year’s Colour Insights, we looked at everything from environmental changes to digital advancements, and how people interact with spaces. The palettes are the result of months of collaboration, pulling inspiration from a wide range of sources and perspectives.
“We’re very proud of the collection and can’t wait to see how architects and designers use our insights as a springboard for creativity, to bring their visions to life.”
