CLEGG Construction has begun work on its largest current project - a £14 million flagship residential scheme.
A total of 117 apartments with ancillary retail units and under croft parking will be built by Nottingham-based Clegg Construction as part of this new project in Lewisham.
Simon Blackburn, managing director of Clegg Construction, said: “We’re delighted that work has now started on our latest major project. Clegg Construction has an excellent track record of delivering large-scale projects of the very highest calibre and this scheme will be no different.
“We were really pleased when we were awarded the contract for this scheme. It is further evidence of our ability to secure high profile contracts which ensure the company continues to move forward and has a bright future ahead.”
Clegg Construction was awarded the contract by developer Lowbridge. Clegg Construction prides itself on completing the very highest standard of work and this latest development will be a boost for those seeking property in the area.
The work is being undertaken at Bromley Road in Lewisham.
Work is scheduled to be completed by February, 2014.
