Established in 1957, Filon Products is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) products for building and construction. Our long track record of developing and marketing innovative products has resulted in many of these becoming accepted industry standards.
In addition to GRP products for rooflighting, roofing, signage and other applications, we also offer a range of ancillary products like our ground breaking Fixsafe system which is creating a safety revolution in the roofing industry by allowing profiled sheets to be fixed without operatives accessing fragile roof areas.
We serve customers in the public and private sectors, in the construction industry, oil and gas, highways, marine, transportation, manufacturing and other sectors, in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Our premises in Burntwood, Staffordshire houses state of the art manufacturing facilities for flat and profiled GRP sheet and other products. The Filon process for manufacturing profiled GRP sheet has been developed and refined over many years to provide a unique product that has outstanding properties as outlined in our product pages. The plant carries the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation
