The heavy duty Optimise 70 acoustic sheet vinyl range from IVC Commercial has been updated.
Making commercial spaces quieter with 19dB of impact noise reduction, Optimise 70 acoustic sheet vinyl is made for heavy duty use. In care homes, schools, nurseries, housing and more it provides a floor that’s capable of withstanding high levels of foot and wheeled traffic with its Hyperguard+ reinforcement aiding maintenance and reducing marks, scratches and stains.
Optimise 70’s heavy duty rating comes from a 0.70mm wear layer in IVC’s compact acoustic heterogeneous vinyl construction. It is fully compatible with Invisiweld, IVC’s chemical weld that eliminates welding rods and creates a stronger, imperceptible seam. And with the addition of Sanitec®, this floor isn’t just quiet but hygienic too.
Now, Optimise 70 is available in striking new looks, joining enduring favourites for a refreshed design palette that’s ready to take on current and future interior trends. IVC’s design team has looked at future colour and material forecasts to develop a new look for the range with expanded colour and material effects. Alongside Optimise 70’s wood designs, projects are spoilt for choice.
Bold new purples and brighter blues, warmer yellows and oranges bring a future-forward colour palette with the textile of Noemi adding a softer, organic edge to complement texture rich interior schemes. Ritmo is an abstract design that adds an extra dimension in functional grey and blue.

Made in Europe, Optimise 70 requires fully glued installation to the subfloor, but installation waste can be recovered through IVC’s Recover programme. In the UK, this collects installation waste for downcycling into raw material used for making street furniture.
