Blenheim Estate Homes has begun work on its newest sustainable community at Hill Rise, Woodstock in Oxfordshire.
The innovative low-carbon development, which is being built on behalf of Blenheim Estate by Pye Homes, will feature an initial 48 homes, with outline permission for up to 132 homes.
The scheme, which was one of the big winners in the 2024 Housing Design Awards, will include:
Dominic Hare, CEO at Blenheim Palace, who own Blenheim Estate Homes commented: “Hill Rise sets new standards for low-carbon housing, and we are rightly proud of the scheme to have already won an award before even a single home has been built.”
