Laminate floors from Unilin Flooring are a long life solution for housing projects.
Made in Belgium and stocked in the UK, Unilin Flooring’s laminate floors provide housing projects with a durable and easy to maintain floor finish. And thanks to waterproof and cost-effective options, specifiers can choose a long life flooring solution based on their project requirements.
Through the Quick-Step, Elka, Vitality and Forester ranges, housing projects benefit from Unilin Flooring’s expertise and in-house production. Inventor of the famed Uniclic® locking installation, Unilin has been manufacturing laminate flooring since 1990 and is widely known for its premium Quick-Step laminate floors. For over three decades, Quick-Step has been refining its laminate floors, and its latest collections provide housing developments with authentic designs in a waterproof, long-lasting floor.
The Majestic and Capture collections both benefit from a waterproof construction and Uniclic® for fast and easy installation. In Majestic, housing projects can retain balance in large areas with a long 2.05m plank available in 10 natural and authentic wood designs. Majestic’s 8.5mm construction ensures exceptional durability for general areas. Capture brings a versatile plank of 1.38m that’s ideal for domestic areas. It uses Unilin’s unique timber touch technology for more depth and texture for a laminate floor that is indistinguishable from real wood. In 10 wood designs from UK stock, it uses a 9mm construction for excellent durability and Uniclic® for easy installation.
Unilin Flooring also recommends the Quick-Step Impressive collection for housing projects. Available in 20 waterproof wood designs and a 1.38m plank, 8mm thick Impressive is suitable for private areas and again uses Uniclic®.
While Quick-Step floors are a premium design option for today’s housing projects, Unilin Flooring is also able to provide quality laminate floors through its Elka and Vitality brands, all featuring its Uniclic® joint. Options include Elka’s 8mm Standard and Aqua Protect in eight wood designs, and floors from Vitality and Forester that offer an excellent quality to cost ratio. Unilin Flooring can provide a laminate floor to meet the unique design, performance and cost requirements of every housing project, ensuring a long life solution that’s durable and easy to maintain.
All Unilin laminate floors use 100% recovered wood for the core. This is wood from sawmills, sustainable forest management and roadside maintenance that would otherwise be burned or discarded. A third-party verified EPD (EPD-UNI-20230480-IBC1-EN*) for its laminate floorcoverings is also available. This allows specifiers to compare the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of Unilin laminate floors with other flooring options.
