Sophie Mileson who headed the website project explained the thinking behind the new look: “We recognised that our previous website was outdated and in need of a refresh. There was an abundance of information on there. However, over time, it became trickier to navigate to the products.
“We wanted to make the new website more user-friendly and give it a refresh, particularly for those who are unfamiliar with our products and weren't sure how to find what they were looking for. The launch of the new website ties in well with it being our 30th anniversary this year.
“Whilst the launch is a big step forward for us in terms of the design and usability, over time the website will continue to be optimised and updated, with the introduction of more content and features. “
