Always quick to recognise the hard work of its staff and promote from within, Fassa Bortolo has recently appointed Andrew Sampson and Stephen Gore to National Business Development Managers (BDM).
The leading Italian render manufacturer continues to expand its client base across the country and is fast becoming a go-to name for large scale residential and commercial projects. As BDMs, the territories will be split down the middle with Andy and Stephen specifying jobs and generating leads and being responsible for nurturing working relationships. Andy will cover the East of the UK and Stephen will cover the West of the UK.
Having worked with Fassa’s sales team for three years, Andy is an NHBC registered developer and has worked for large contractors including Wates, Kier and Gilbert. Since joining Fassa UK in 2018, Andy has developed and grown the Fassa brand name across the Southeast of England and is now looking to expand this further across the country.
Starting out as a third-generation plasterer, Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. With a wide range of qualifications and an extensive network of associates, Stephen is passionate about the history of render. Highly proactive in welcoming new innovations as production evolves, Steve has particular interest in the specification and technical side of the systems and is an advocate of early engagement to ensure client’s needs are met swiftly and effectively. To reflect his ambitions, Steve has promoted to National Business Development Manager for the West after just 16 months with Fassa.
