Now in its 9th year Education Estates®, the annual gathering of the Education Community, will return in-person for 2 days this October in partnership with the Department for Education, with over 100 exhibits and more than 150 speakers across 6 stages!
The event is all about discovering ways to transform and refine internal and external learning environments into sustainable and adaptive spaces, from school through to university. It also celebrates the successes of the last year through its hugely popular Awards programme.
This is your best opportunity to meet with and expand your professional network throughout the education community.
“The Department for Education is pleased to continue its long-standing involvement in Education Estates®.
Our vision is to provide world-class education, training and care for everyone, whatever their background, making sure that all children and young people have the chance to reach their potential.
The DfE is leading an ambitious package of Capital investment to support that vision. Investment aimed at creating school places where they are needed most, delivering on our commitment to rebuilding 500 schools in England over the next decade, and ensuring that the education estate is safe, well maintained and fit for that world-class education.
Education Estates® is a key event for us to engage and share our plans with the sector and gain its feedback. At this year’s Education Estates®, we will be contributing to several of the key themes, including the journey to Carbon Zero, the School Rebuilding Programme and Modern Methods of Construction. Following its success in 2019 and 2020, the Department for Education 'Sustainability Award' is also back for a third year. With this award, we look to celebrate the collective efforts the sector is making to contribute towards a more sustainable future. So, join my colleagues and I at Education Estates® and help shape a sustainable future for all learning environments.”
