A new chapter in
Marley’s rich history has begun with the news that Inflexion Private Equity has
agreed to acquire the business from parent company Etex.
The move allows
Marley to further its growth plans by accelerating development of its
innovative products and services, both in its concrete and clay tile ranges,
and its industry-leading complete roof systems proposition.
Paul Reed, Managing

fit for our next stage of growth,” Paul Reed added.
The deal is in the
advanced stages and the acquisition likely to be completed by the end of
August.
