To
simplify ordering and sourcing, Marley is adding two new wood topfix fixings, the 130mm stainless steel (A2) and 130mm carbon steel wood
sub-structure fixings for fibre cement, to its offering.
Through
the months of September, October and November, fixings will be included for
free with every order of P6 Painted or Farmscape semi-compressed fibre cement
profiled sheeting from Marley. Free fixings supplied, subject to sheet
order quantity to site.
“The
ability to order the fixings separately or together with P6 profiled sheeting
direct to site will help eliminate project downtime”, says Marley National Development Manager Grant O’Donnell.
"Our
research found salt water corrosion to be a fixing industry issue for harsh
coastal environments. However, our new stainless steel fixing is an
unparalleled development for this challenge."
Designed
for quick and easy installation, the fixings are self-drilling, not requiring a
pilot hole.
