Willerby Innovations has launched a new housing brochure designed to shine a spotlight on its unique approach to the manufacture of high specification, off-site modular timber frame buildings.
Driven by demands for affordable new housing, the company has developed a unique approach to creating high quality, cost-effective factory manufactured housing, delivered to site fully fitted out, decorated and ready to simply connect to the services.
Accommodation from two bedroom, three-person single storey bungalows to four bedroom, six person houses, which can be factory constructed to Passivhaus standard if required, can be delivered to site and built in a fraction of the time associated with conventional build.
The 12-page brochure demonstrates with recent case studies, how Willerby Innovations can help both social and private housing providers to achieve better returns, earlier occupancy and satisfied customers through a combination of higher quality and reduced programmes. For example, three bungalows and four semi-detached houses were recently built for a social landlord, all completed and fully operational within just 45 days.
Offering a total package from design to manufacture and installation, Willerby manufactures to the highest standards of construction and complies with both Building Regulations and TRADA Q Mark.
