Best practice water treatment solutions can now be accessed on the go thanks to Sentinel’s new free water treatment app for installers, which is available on Apple and Android devices.
Packed with in-depth product information, interesting facts, and exclusive content, the app provides instant access to best practice water treatment solutions, and is designed to help installers explain the benefits of high quality water treatment to their customers.
Easy to navigate and use, the app currently features three downloadable brochures, including a full product brochure, homeowner leaflet, and Sentinel Eliminator filter brochure. Informative video content, training modules, and exclusive offers are due to be added shortly. Furthermore, Sentinel says that the app will develop continually in line with installer feedback.
All content is centered round the Sentinel System, a three-step programme that helps ensure lifetime protection against corrosion and scale in heating and hot water systems. For example, as part of the Sentinel System, all products are placed conveniently into ‘clean’, ‘protect’ or ‘maintain’ categories according to their overall purpose. This is fully reflected in the app’s downloadable brochures, where installers can see at a glance whether a product is designed to help clean, protect, or maintain a heating or hot water system.
Containing such facts such as “approximately 87% of boiler call-outs are to systems without correct water treatment” (major boiler manufacturer testing and research), the homeowner leaflet is particularly helpful as a reference guide for installers when meeting potential customers for the first time. The leaflet will help them to deliver persuasive explanations of why best practice water treatment is important, ultimately demonstrating technical competency and customer care. Installers can recap on facts that will aid conversation, or they can show the homeowner the leaflet on screen, talking them through it.
“Most installers are on the move a lot and face time constraints on the job. However, they don’t want to compromise on the quality of their workmanship. We’ve designed this app to give installers fast and easy access to best practice water treatment solutions, training modules, and handy information, so that installers can access what they need, wherever they are – whether that’s up in a darky, dingy loft, on their way to the plumbers merchants, or speaking with a potential customer for the first time,” commented Daniel Cheung, UK Trade Marketing Manager at Sentinel.
To download the Sentinel app simply search ‘Sentinel CPM’ in the App store or Android store.
