Novus Property Solutions is providing room service of the highest quality with the refurbishment of 2,000 hotel rooms for the Atlas Hotel and Leisure Group (Express by Holiday Inn) brand.
Nine hotels owned by Atlas Hotels and Leisure are being refurbished to meet the new Holiday Inn (Intercontinental Hotel Group) rebranding demands.
The £1.2 million project requires Novus to redesign the lighting inside all 2,000 rooms, as well as installing new case goods, TVs, bathroom vanity areas, and full redecoration to rooms and communal areas.
The works are subject to a strict timeline of activity and deadlines, all with the aim of ensuring that programmed morning ‘off sale’ rooms are available for ‘on sale’ each evening for the arrival of the hotel guests.
Communication between hotel reception staff and the Novus team is key to the smooth running of the project, and Novus’ long-standing working relationships and understanding of the sector demands with both Atlas and Holiday Inn have underpinned the project’s success so far.
