The days of worrying about forgotten keys are over, with the launch of the Keyless Connected Smart Lock from Yale.
This new smart lock allows users to access their home remotely, with the option to use a PIN code, key card, key tag, remote fob, or even a smartphone when connected to a smart home system.
Compatible with either a Z-Wave wireless module or a Yale wireless module, the Keyless Connected forms part of a total smart home solution.
The Yale module allows users to connect the lock to the Yale SmartPhone Alarm and CCTV systems, which can then be controlled via the free Yale app, while the Z-Wave module allows for connectivity with compatible smart home systems.
David Herbert, Business Development Director for Yale Smart Living, said: “The Keyless Connected is the second smart lock to join our family of connected products in the Yale Smart Living range.
“This new edition is an ideal smart security solution for timber doors and complements the Yale Keyfree Connected model, which fits PVC and composite doors.
“The Smart Living range has been developed to give users full control of the security of their home, which in turn, comes with peace of mind.”
The Keyless Connected Smart Lock can be quickly and easily fitted to the majority of timber doors with a 60mm back set nightlatch.
