A leading manufacturer of door and wall protection has launched an innovative selection tool to guide existing and potential customers through its range of solutions.
Intastop Ltd, established for over 20 years and based in Doncaster, now has its ‘Solutions tool’ software integrated within its comprehensive website to allow visitors to the site to explore the full range of products and possibilities available to them.
“We have such a diverse range of door, wall and anti-ligature solutions that we felt we could make our website even more accessible to users by the introduction of a simple tool to guide them through their available options,” commented Sarah Barsby marketing director Intastop Ltd. “It is proving invaluable to estate managers, specifiers and those that are perhaps new to the industry to realise the full potential of what we can do to help them fulfil their legislative and holistic requirements.”
The tool guides users through each section – Door protection, Wall protection and people protection – to ascertain the most suitable product for their individual requirements and can even allow users to choose products to add to a quotation process.
“Our easy to use solution tool can allow our users to fully understand the way in which we can support the infrastructure of buildings within the healthcare, mental health, leisure education and retail sectors,” said Sarah. “And of course, in addition to this, we have our knowledgeable staff and sales team who are able to deal with a host of enquires from initial request through to iand after care.”
The company has a solutions based concept - ‘Protecting the door and the people who use it’ – which embraces the company’s ethos to continually provide innovative products to the healthcare industry whilst ensuring its portfolio addresses key concerns such as protecting buildings, delivering sustainability and ensuring budgets are maximised.
