Hotel and Facilities Management by Leisure Connection, the leading operator of outsourced leisure facilities, has revealed its half-year financial results, which show the company has undertaken substantial growth.
Since October 2012, the company has driven its Direct Debit run up by 20% and its membership across its nine sites has also increased by 16%.
The results reflect the significant investments made across the company to improve quality service across the board, this includes a focus on staff training, energy saving solutions being introduced to select clubs and new equipment being installed at the sites.
Steve Bambury, Head of Energy and Hotels at Hotel and Facilities Management by Leisure Connection, commented: “I am extremely pleased with the half-year results and hope the business growth continues throughout 2013. The increase in the membership shows how hard the whole team has worked so far this year, ensuring they gain and maintain members across all sites.
“Our focus throughout 2012 was to boost membership and help build a loyal client base for the clubs we manage. Now we have achieved this first objective we plan to further improve site facilities to ensure our club’s customers are receiving an exceptional service across the board.”
