The next generation of new homes and significant regulation changes for the house building industry will be on the agenda at NHBC’s Building for Tomorrow 2014 roadshows, which will take place across the country from February.
The roadshows will offer house builders the ideal opportunity to discover more on how to implement these changes from a diverse range of speakers, including a keynote speech from a DCLG representative focusing on the April introduction of Part L and how this will affect the industry.
Other issues on the agenda include Designing Part L compliant homes, new research undertaken by the NHBC Foundation, the latest in H&S and a look at the controls builders can put in place to help manage changing build environments.
Explaining the benefits of attending, NHBC Regional Director Nick Cunningham, said: "Building for Tomorrow is the event to attend to learn about our ever changing industry and gain the advice you need to raise standards for homeowners, in light of new regulation changes.
“It is also the perfect platform for showcasing products to delegates and for networking with industry leaders, home builders and housing associations."
The first roadshow will be held on February 27th at Shendish Manor, Hemel Hempstead with the final one taking place on April 3rd at Sandown Racecourse, Esher.
