The striking Ixia development in London’s Shoreditch has bucked a sales trend by proving an instant hit with buyers, thanks to the scheme’s innovative design and in part to the bespoke Hunter Douglas shutter system.
Whilst the London property market stuttered following last year’s summer of sport in the capital, the Crest Nicholson scheme designed by architects HGP saw a surge of interest with 17 sold in just a six-week period.
